MATERIALS
The material we use is a composite multi-layer techno-polymer, and the process involved (CO-INJECTION system) is the highest standards in plastic manufacturing in order to produce a hard, shiny skin which engolfs the foamed core. The characteristics of the SAN skin make the product solid, glossy and resistant, and no paints or varnishes are required for finishing. The inner expanded closed cell modified ABS resin has high mechanical resistance and behaves like a bone adding exceptional strength to the toilet seat. Our toilet seats are anti-bacterial, do not absorb humidity, nor are adversely affected by salts, acid nor grease and are 100% recyclable.
